Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Finance has invited interested stakeholders to participate in the public consultation process and contribute to improving the quality of the Draft Law on the National Customs Single Window Environment.

Comments suggestions may be submitted to the Ministry or emailed to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] using the prescribed form.

The public call for participation in the consultation was published on Thursday, and the deadline for submitting comments and suggestions is 20 days from the date of publication.

The Ministry will prepare a report on the consultation process, which will be published within 15 days of the conclusion of the public consultation.

The proposed law establishes the legal framework for the National Customs Single Window Environment, which includes the National Customs Single Window, customs systems, and non-customs systems.

“This will provide an integrated set of electronic services for the standardized exchange of documents and data in electronic form between the information systems of the customs authority, public authorities, and business entities,” the Ministry stated.
