Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Council for Privatization and Capital Projects has requested an analysis from Horwath & Horwath Consulting Zagreb, which acts as a consultant, on two proposed models for the privatization and restructuring of the Budvanska Rivijera hotel group.

MK Group submitted an initiative for the adoption of a privatization and restructuring plan for HG Budvanska Rivijera to the Privatization Council.

The Council decided that, before making any decision, the initiative should be sent to the consultant, Horwath & Horwath Consulting, with whom it has a consulting agreement.

This step is intended to ensure a professional analysis of the proposed initiative.

“The consultant is obliged to provide, within 30 days, a legal, economic, and financial analysis of the submitted project, including a detailed elaboration of the two models, restructuring and joint investment by the government and investors, as well as an analysis of the applicable legal regulations under which the Council, in accordance with its competencies, would implement the procedure,” the statement concluded.
