Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Compared with last year’s corresponding period, the prices of industrial products increased by 2.4 percent in the third quarter.

According to official statistics, the mining and quarrying sector grew by 5.7 percent, while the processing industry saw a 2.8 percent year-on-year increase.

“Prices in the electricity, gas and air conditioning sector have remained unchanged on average compared to the third quarter of 2024,” Monstat stated in a press release.

Compared with this year’s second quarter, the prices of industrial products increased by one percent in the third quarter.

“Compared to the second quarter, the mining and quarrying sector and the manufacturing industry grew by 4.5 percent and 0.4 percent, respectively,” said Monstat.

Prices in the electricity, gas and air conditioning sector have remained at the same level as in this year’s second quarter.
