Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Robert Golovic from Budva is the author of the winning photograph in the photo contest organized by the local Tourist Board on the occasion of World Tourism Day.
The Tourist Board of Budva stated in a press release that the photo contest, titled “Budva – Harmony Between Tourism and Sustainability”, aimed to encourage participants to capture images showcasing the beauty of the Budva Riviera, cultural and historical landmarks, tourist attractions in harmony with nature, or environmentally responsible activities that raise awareness about the importance of sustainable tourism development in the city.
Launched on 16 September, the photo contest ran for ten days and attracted more than 100 submissions from 35 participants.”
“The panel of experts appointed by Tourist Board of Budva unanimously selected the ten best photographs on Friday, noting that the choice was difficult due to the large number of excellent submissions,” the press release reads.
According to the press release, Golovic is the author of the winning photograph, symbolically titled “Balance of Stone and Sea – Concrete Unnecessary.”
