Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Government has adopted the information report and granted approval for the implementation of the Accelerating Investment in Montenegro (AIM) project.

According to the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the €1.9 million project will be financed with €1 million from the European Union’s Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III 2021–2027) and a national contribution of €990,000 provided through the Investment Programme, aimed at supporting investments of special importance for Montenegro’s economic and business interests.

The Investment Agency of Montenegro and the Innovation Fund of Montenegro are responsible for the implementation of this project.

AIM is a strategic initiative designed to strengthen the innovation capacities of domestic companies, enhance the business environment, and create new opportunities for economic growth in line with European standards,” the Ministry stated in a press release.
