Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – In January, the Games of Chance Administration collected a total of €4.08 million in revenues, up 34.51 percent year on year.

“November results are particularly noteworthy, with revenues of €4.27 million, marking a growth of 40.71 percent compared to the same month last year,” the Administration stated in a press release.

Significant growth was recorded in the online gambling segment, where revenues amounted to €1.89 million, 46.89 percent more compared to the same period last year.

“Revenues from betting games totalled €949,390, marking a growth of 19.24 percent, while games of chance in slot machine clubs generated revenues of €944.180, up 50.66 percent year on year,” the press release reads.

Revenues from casino games amounted to €283,260 in January.

“The continuity of revenue growth confirms the effectiveness of the implementation of the Law on Games of Chance, which has established a stable, efficient and transparent regulatory framework, strengthened oversight of operators and improved fiscal discipline in this sector,” the Administration said.
