Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Prime Minister Milojko Spajic said that Danilovgrad will further strengthen its position on the business, tourism, cultural and sports map of Montenegro and the region with the construction of the express road to Niksic.

“With the construction of the express road to Niksic, as part of future infrastructure that will also connect Zabljak and Pljevlja, Danilovgrad will further enhance its position on the business, tourism, cultural and sports map of Montenegro and the region,” Spajic stated in his congratulatory message on the occasion of the Danilovgrad Municipality Day.

He added that the town, located between the two largest municipalities in Montenegro, is increasingly leveraging its strategic advantages and becoming an important transit, economic and commercial link between the south and north of the country.

Spajić also said that the launch of new and completion of existing capital projects will help tap the rich agricultural, energy and cultural resources of the Bjelopavlici area.

“Confident that we share the same integration goal, and that the year ahead will be crucial for achieving it, I once again congratulate you on the Municipality Day,” Spajic concluded.
