Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – EPCG Solar Gradnja ended last year with a profit exceeding €250,000, which is 2.8 times higher compared to 2024.

The company’s financial report for last year was adopted at today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of EPCG Solar Gradnja, where a new company statute was also proposed in line with new legal obligations under the Law on Business Organizations. 

“According to this proposal, the company’s Assembly, consisting of the Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda (EPCG), should appoint a new Board of Directors of EPCG Solar Gradnja comprising a total of seven members, one of whom will be the executive director,” the company said in a press release.

The new organizational structure should come into force after the EPCG Board of Directors adopts the proposal.

“The company will continue developing and improving its operations in the field of renewable energy sources, within the framework of the strategic role of EPCG Solar Gradnja as an important factor in Montenegro’s energy transition,” the press release concludes.
