Drakic gets unanimous support for new term

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The current president of the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG), Nina Drakic, will continue to serve in that role for another four-year term, following today’s unanimous decision by the PKCG Assembly.
Drakic thanked the Assembly members for their vote of confidence, saying it confirmed both her work and that of the PKCG’s team of professionals.
She announced that over the next four years, the Chamber would focus on representing the interests of the business community, promoting and strengthening competitiveness, and modernizing its services in line with contemporary needs.
According to a press release from the PKCG, Drakic highlghted the importance of actively involving the business community in shaping economic policies to ensure they reflect the real needs of the economy.
“The Chamber will continue submit initiatives to decision-makers, work on improving transparency mechanisms related to their status, and develop targeted services to address key business obstacles,” Drakic said.
Among other initiatives, she announced the development of a “Buisness Compass,” an annual document mapping the Chamber’s initiatives, clearly outlining barriers, proposed solutions, and their implementation status.
She called on all businesses to demonstrate unity so that the needs of the business community are more strongly recognized and implemented by decision-makers.
