Podgorica, (MINA) - The Ministry of Public Administration (MJU) presented on Tuesday a digital assistant, a chatbot for the Government and eGovernment portals, which, as they announced, will allow citizens to access information quickly and easily.
The MJU announcement states that the chatbot is designed to allow users to ask questions in real time and receive precise answers, without the need for additional administrative procedures or lengthy searches.
“The goal of this project is to improve the user experience, increase the availability of information, and further strengthen the digitization of public administration”, the press release says.
Minister of Public Administration Marash Dukaj said that with the launch of the Al chatbot, information becomes available immediately, 24 hours a day, without waiting or administrative obstacles.
He emphasized the importance of responsible use of artificial intelligence, with respect for data protection, transparency and ethical standards, as well as the importance of cooperation with international partners and the private sector.
General Director for Infrastructure, Information Security, Digitization and e-Services Dusan Polovic pointed out that the strategic use of AI will enable the responsible introduction of technology, greater efficiency in public administration, better services for citizens and smarter resource management.
