CBCG: 21,110 companies with frozen assets

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) - According to the statistics released by the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG), there were 21,110 companies and entrepreneurs with frozen accounts at the end of March, 0.1 percent fewer than in February.
The total debt on the basis of which the accounts had been frozen amounted to €1.65 billion in March, which is 1,4 percent more than the previous month.
Debt concentration was comparatively high, with ten largest debtors sharing as much as 38.33 percent of the total debt.
Their frozen assets amounted to €633.45 million in total.
Of their total combined debt, 56.7 percent has been incurred by 50 largest debtors or only 0.24 percent of all registered debtors.
