Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The creative communications agency BI Communication, in collaboration with Montenegro’s first business information provider BI Consulting, has officially taken over the management, development, and implementation of the ZIG Women’s Business Project.

This was established through a Cooperation Agreement for the ZIG Women’s Business Project, signed in Podgorica by Ljiljana Burzan-Nikolic, Executive Director of BI Communication, and Marija Sukovic, Head of the Secretariat of the Council for Competitiveness.

It was noted at the meeting of the signatories of the Cooperation Agreement, which brings together institutions, companies, and organizations dedicated to the economic empowerment of women in Montenegro, that ZIG Women’s Business holds exceptional significance for the development of inclusive and sustainable business in the country.

“The purpose of the meeting was to present plans for the further development and promotion of the project, review the results of research conducted among ZIG holders, and exchange experiences and proposals on ways to provide additional support for women in business,” the press release reads.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the following institutions and project partners: Addiko Bank, Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka, MFI Alter Modus, Ministry of Finance – Directorate for Public Investment Management and Public Procurement Policy, NLB Banka, Municipality of Bijelo Polje – Secretariat for Entrepreneurship, Development Bank, Universal Capital Bank, and Zapad Banka.
