Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Coordination Body for the Preparation and Monitoring of Tourist Seasons, the tourism sector is looking forward for a successful upcoming winter season.

The Ministry of Tourism stated in a press release that that the main topic of a recent meeting of this body was the preparation for the forthcoming winter tourist season.

At the initiative of representatives from northern region, who expressed satisfaction with the summer season and reported an increase in visitor numbers, it was agreed that the Ministry of Tourism will organize a meeting with relevant institutions to discuss issues related to road infrastructure, road maintenance, and regular electricity supply during the winter.

It was also announced that ski buses will once again be organized this year from several municipalities to the winter centers, and a new route from the Berane municipality will be introduced this winter.
