Visual identity of EU-Western Balkans Summit 2026 presented

Podgorica, (MINA) – The Cabinet of the President of Montenegro Jakov Milatovic has presented the visual identity of the EU-Western Balkans Summit 2026, which will be held on June 5 in Tivat.

The President’s Cabinet said that the visual identity of the Summit was designed as a combination of European symbolism and Montenegrin character.

At its center, as explained, is a star inspired by the EU flag, a symbol of unity, solidarity and a shared European future.

“One moving star has been singled out from the European circle, a star that conveys a message of connection, belonging and the European perspective of the region”, the press release adds.

Milatovic’s cabinet pointed out that the special emphasize on Montenegrin identity is reflected in the star’s movement, inspired by the Montenegrin Oro – a traditional dance that symbolizes strength, pride, freedom and open embrace.

Milatovic’s cabinet said that, in the year marking two decades since Montenegro’s restoration of its independence, the Summit in Tivat sends a clear message: “All of Europe in Montenegro, Montenegro in Europe”.

According to them, hosting the Summit in Tivat is a strong confirmation of the international credibility of Montenegro and its role as the most advanced EU membership candidate.

Details about the Summit are available on the official website, developed by the Cabinet of the President of Montenegro for the event, with the support of the Ministry of Public Administration: https://www.euwb26.me/.
