Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - Chairman of the Association for the restitution of private property Veselin Uskokovic accused the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and the Socialist People#s Party (SNP) of obstructing the adoption of a law on a fair restitution, proposed by the association. The draft law was first submitted to parliament last December, but has not reached the agenda yet.
