Podgorica, (MINA) - Montenegrin police arrested T.R. (42) wanted by Interpol Vienna, while R.B (55) was arrested in Serbia on the international warrant issued by Interpol Podgorica, the Police Administration stated.

According to the press release, the officers of the border police sector at the Dracenovac border crossing, during an attempt to enter Montenegro, arrested a Serbian citizen, T.R, wanted by Vienna Interpol.

He is suspected of smuggling and distributing cocaine in Austria. The police stated that for this criminal offense a sentence is set for up to 15 years in prison under Austrian law.

The press release further stated that R.B, a national of Bosnia and Herzegovina, was arrested in Serbia, on the warrant issued by Interpol Podgorica.

R.B. is suspected of breaking into several cottages in the Municipality of Kolasin, from which he stole firearms, several electronic devices, paintings and other valuable items.

“He has been ordered extradition custody pending his extradition to Montenegro”, the press release said.
