Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Monteput has launched a tender for the provision of professional supervision services over the design and construction works on the expressway along the Montenegrin coast, on the Markovici-Lastva Grbaljska road (Budva bypass).

The estimated value of the tender is €7 million, while the deadline for the execution of the supervision contract is 78 months.

Monteput said in a press release that a tender had previously been announced for the preparation of the main design and the execution of the road construction works, valued at €196.2 million.

“Bids were opened on February 27, and their evaluation is currently underway. The launch of the supervision tender is the next step in the implementation of the project and ensures professional oversight during all phases of design and construction,” the press release reads.

The Markovici-Lastva Grbaljska road section, which covers the territories of the municipalities of Kotor and Budva, is approximately eight kilometres long.
