Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has launched several public calls within the Agricultural Budget, offering support in the field of beekeeping.

Through the public calls, financial incentives are available for purchasing wax for organic and conventional honey production, as well as equipment for transporting bee colonies.

Beekeepers can also apply to the public call for the selection of queen bee breeders for this year.

Financial support is also available for purchasing veterinary medicines for treating bee colonies against the varroa mite, as well as for beehives, hive parts, beekeeping tools and equipment, and electric fences.
