Successful participation of Montenegrin producers at the Novi Sad agriculture fair

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) announced Montenegrin producers won 250 awards for product quality at the International Agriculture Fair in Novi Sad.

 

That is 50 more awards compared to last year and as many as 100 more than in 2023.

 

“Significant results were achieved by companies from the meat sector with 33 awards, the dairy sector with 35 awards, as well as spirits and liqueurs sector with 41 awards, wines with 43 awards, beekeeping with 35 awards, grains and flour with 13 awards, and fruit and vegetable production with 19 awards,” PKCG stated in a press release.

 

At the joint exhibition booth at the fair, which runs until Thursday, 20 Montenegrin producers are presenting their products, organized by the PKCG and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. 

 

The PKCG Secretary General Mitar Bajceta said that this is one of the most important trade fair events in the region, where business representatives from Montenegro are always eager to participate.

 

According to the Director of the Directorate for Agriculture and Payments at the Ministry Marko Radonjic, the Novi Sad fair is a place where they always gain new ideas and experiences and exchange business contacts in order to create successful business stories in the future.
