Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – With the support of the Innovation Fund, ICT Cortex is strengthening the workforce in IT companies through training in artificial intelligence, contributing to their competitiveness as well as their readiness for modern technological challenges.

ICT Cortex said in a press release that it is implementing a project titled Next Generation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises – Empowerment through Artificial Intelligence (NextGenSME) as part of a programme line for the implementation of training programmes in S3 priority areas.

“The purpose of the project is to strengthen the workforce of ICT Cortex member companies by improving knowledge and practical skills in the use of tools based on artificial intelligence, thereby contributing to the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and their readiness for modern technological challenges,” the press release said.

As part of the project, two five-day specialized training programmes were organized for employees of ICT Cortex member companies, led by artificial intelligence expert Miodrag Vujkovic, who has decades of experience in the field.

The NextGenSME project marks another step toward strengthening the knowledge and innovation potential of the domestic ICT community, with a particular focus on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business and improving the capacities of Montenegrin ICT companies.
