Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Prime Minister Milojko Spajic announced that there will be no new construction in Milocer Park, as the Government will annul the planning document for the hotel resort and declare the area a protected cultural property.

He posted on X that Milocer Park will become a protected cultural property.

“The Government of Montenegro will annul the Urban Development Project – Milocer Hotel Resort planning document meaning there will be no new construction in Milocer Park,” Spajic said.

He added that, together with representatives of the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Property and the Environmental Protection Agency, he had informed the management of Adriatic Properties, “which agreed and supported such a vision for the development of Milocer and Sveti Stefan.”
