Podgorica, (MINA) - Montenegro will, in cooperation with the European Investment Bank (EIB), improve its healthcare system, disease prevention and the quality of health services, said Prime Minister Milojko Spajic.

The EIB and the Government representatives signed loan agreements on Monday to finance projects for equipping healthcare institutions in Montenegro, modernizing the electrified railway section between Bar and Golubovci, including the Ratac landslide and the Sozina tunnel, as well as a financing agreement between the EIB and the Development Bank.

In a post on the Instagram social network, Spajic recalled that more than 30 public healthcare institutions in Montenegro will receive new medical equipment worth EUR 27 million.
