Podgorica, (MINA) – The property of former director of the Real Estate Administration, Blazo Saranovic, has been temporarily frozen at the request of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (STP).

The assets of the owner of the company “Stan projekt” from Budva, Dusko Radunovic, as well as the public procurement officer at the Real Estate Administration, Branko Danilovic, have also been temporarily frozen.

The SDT said that the defendants have been prohibited from selling and encumbering real estate in Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Cetinje, Budva, Niksic and Pljevlja, with a total area of ​​46,272 square meters, which includes residential, non-residential and business premises and land of various types.

The SDT said that all prohibitions have been registered in the real estate cadastre, that is, in the Central Register of Business Entities.
