Regional energy ministers to discuss supply security and energy transition

Beograd, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Belgrade Energy Forum, which will bring together regional energy ministers, representatives of international organizations, investors, and leading companies from the sector, will begin on Monday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade.
The two-day event will gather together leading figures from the energy sector across the region and Europe to discuss energy security, supply stability, and the acceleration of the energy transition.
“At a time of increased geopolitical and market pressures on the European energy sector, discussions will focus on strengthening regional cooperation, integrating electricity markets, developing renewable energy sources, and investments aimed at improving the energy security of Southeast Europe,” the organizers said in a press release.
As announced, Montenegro’s Minister of Energy and Mining, Admir Sahmanovic will attend the event.
