Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Transport Administration, the reconstruction of the regional road R-3 Pljevlja–Dajevica Han, on a 3.8-kilometre section worth €5.6 million, has begun.

This marks the start of one of the most significant infrastructure projects in northern Montenegro.

The works were officially launched by Director of the Transport Administration Radomir Vuksanovic and Mayor of Pljevlja Dario Vranes. 

The event was also attended by the Minister of Public Works, Majda Adzovic.

Vuksanovic said that they are continuing the implementation of projects in Montenegro’s northernmost municipality this year, after completing the Vrulja–Mijakoviic road and the rehabilitation of the road from the Dubocica bridge to Trlica in 2025.

“This is a very important project, with a contracted value of around €5.6 million. The deadline for completion is 550 calendar days, and the contractor is Crnagoraput,” said Vuksanovic.
