Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Ministarstvo finansija pozvalo je sve zainteresovane da se u narednih 15 dana uključe u postupak pripreme Nacrta zakona o akcizama.

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Finance of Montenegro has invited all interested parties to participate, over the next 15 days, in the process of preparing the Draft Law on Excise Duties.

The Ministry called on authorities, organizations, associations, and individuals to submit their initiatives, suggestions, and comments in written and electronic form to the Ministry’s address and the emails [email protected], [email protected] i [email protected].

The Ministry will review all submitted initiatives, suggestions, and comments and take them into consideration when drafting the Law on Excise Duties.

The preparation of the Draft Law on Excise Duties is being undertaken in accordance with the obligations assumed and the defined timeline within Chapter 16 – Taxation, with the aim of meeting the closing benchmarks, which is planned for this year.

“The law will ensure full harmonization of national legislation with the relevant EU directives in the field of excise duties, and its implementation is planned from the date of Montenegro’s accession to the European Union,” the Ministry said in a press release.
