Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Finance has invited all interested parties to participate, by 8 May, in a public consultation on the Draft Amendments to the Law on Payment Transactions.
The Ministry called on citizens, the professional community, and all other interested stakeholders to take part in the public consultation and contribute to the review of the document prepared by the Central Bank (CBCG).
The draft will be available to the public on the Ministry of Finance’s website and the e-Government portal.
Interested parties can submit their comments and suggestions in writing to the Ministry’s address or via email at [email protected] using the designated form.
In cooperation with the CBCG, the Ministry will review all submitted comments and suggestions and subsequently prepare a report.
The amendments aim to further modernize Montenegro’s payment system in line with best European practices and legislation, while also ensuring the necessary security and resilience to the challenges of the digital financial market.
