In that context, the appointment of Executive Director of One Branko Mitrovic as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council sends a strong message about leadership whose importance for the national economy is recognized by the business community today.
His appointment to lead the business association that brings together leading international companies and investors present on the Montenegrin market comes at a time when the latest White Book of the Council clearly indicates that Montenegro must work more intensively on strengthening legal certainty, improving the efficiency of public administration, ensuring regulatory predictability, developing human capital, and accelerating the digital transformation of the state and the economy.
“Montenegro no longer has the luxury of choosing between the speed of development and the quality of reforms, because we need both. If we want serious investments, we must build a system with clear rules, efficient institutions, and a partnership between the state and the business sector based on responsibility and trust.
