PKCG and Junior Achievement Montenegro sign cooperation agreement

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Junior Achievement Montenegro (JA MNE) and the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) have signed a Cooperation Agreement, formalizing a strategic partnership between the two organizations.

The agreement was signed by President of PKCG Nina Drakic and founder and director of JA MNE Nikola Micunovic.

The agreement defines cooperation in several key areas, including organizing joint conferences, panels, workshops, and competitions for young people, involving PKCG member companies in youth education and employment programmes, providing mentorship and advisory support to startup and business teams participating in JA MNE programmes, and jointly preparing and applying for regional and international projects related to youth, business, and employment.

In addition, PKCG will actively participate in expert panels and mentoring processes in national programme competitions organized by JA MNE, while JA MNE will promote its activities through business and startup forums with the support of PKCG.

This partnership gives young people in Montenegro direct access to the business community, experienced industry mentors, and concrete programmes that connect them with the labour market, marking a significant step toward systematically bridging the gap and aligning educational outcomes with the needs of the business sector.

The signing was attended by Chairman of the JA MNE Board of Directors Anton Jurovicki (Coinis), and Director of the Education and Quality Sector at PKCG Mladen Perazic, demonstrating a strong link between the education and business sectors in Montenegro, as well as readiness for new joint projects, opportunities, and initiatives focusing on young people.
