Podgorica, (MINA) - The Europe Now Movement (PES) has decided to withdraw from the local government in Pljevlja, following several months of political deadlock and the continued failure to sign a coalition agreement, the party announced.
PES said that they do not want to be part of a government without clear rules, political agreement and responsibility towards citizens.
“Without a coalition agreement and basic trust between the partners, it is not possible to run a stable and responsible local administration, nor to implement projects important for the development of Pljevlja”, PES stated in a press release.
The party announced that it will continue to act as a responsible and constructive political entity in the local parliament.
