Network of non-governmental organizations Akcija will held a tribune "Reforms for healthy society" at 18:00 in the hall of the Municipal assembly of Niksic. It was announced that NGOs representatives Milan Popovic, Nebojsa Medojevic and Rade Bojovic would speak at the tribune.
