Podgorica, (MINA) – In Sunday’s local elections in Niksic, the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) received 35.12 percent of the vote, while the Coalition for the Future of Niksic won 34.64, according to the preliminary results of the Municipal Election Commission (OIK).

According to preliminary results, the Europe Now Movement won 12.5 percent, the coalition of Democrats and the Plenum 7.32 percent, and the European Alliance 5.07 percent of the vote.

Falling below the threshold are the Civic Movement URA, the “Niksic Wake Up” list, the “Working for my city - Dr. Borislav Miso Djurisic” list, the Party of European Progress, and the “For a Free Niksic of Equal Opportunities” list.
