Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the National Tourism Organization (NTO), the international tourism fair Holiday World & Region World was opened in Prague with a performance by Montenegro, as this year’s partner country.

As part of the opening ceremony, a cultural and artistic ensemble from Montenegro performed, presenting a part of the country’s rich cultural tradition to the audience.

Montenegro’s activities as a partner country are being organized by the NTO, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Budva, which is also the organizer of the destination’s fair presentation in Prague.

In addition to representatives of the NTO and the Tourist Board of Budva, other local tourist boards and representatives of the tourism industry will also have their presentations at the fair.

The NTO said in a press release that the Czech market is of great importance for Montenegrin tourism, considering the interest and potential shown by tourists from the Czech Republic.
