A delegation of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, led by Minister Filip Radulovic, paid an official visit to the Secretariat of the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control in The Hague.
During the visit, the Montenegrin delegation met with the Secretary General of the Paris Memorandum, Luc Smulders, and his team.
