Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to MontEDIH, a woman empowered with modern technological knowledge does not change only her own business, but society as a whole.

“Through the visibility and success of such women, technology can become a powerful tool for building a sustainable economy and a satisfied society,” MontEDIH said in a press release.

MontEDIH invited all women entrepreneurs to take advantage of the opportunities it provides free of charge.

“As we mark International Women’s Day today and remember generations of women who fought for the right to work, education and economic independence, we want to encourage Montenegrin women entrepreneurs to seize the opportunities offered by the digital economy and further develop their businesses with the help of new technologies,” the press release reads.

Women’s entrepreneurship, they said, often suffers due to a lack of resources and systemic support.

For that reason, the MontEDIH project offers concrete mechanisms to strengthen competitiveness.

“Through MontEDIH, women entrepreneurs have the opportunity to test new technologies free of charge before investing, thereby reducing risks when introducing digital solutions, improve their digital skills through specialized training, receive advisory support for accessing financial resources from EU and national funds, and connect with domestic and European partners from the innovation ecosystem, while transforming their businesses in line with the principles of the circular economy,” the press release said.
