Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – In the first quarter, the value of construction works increased by 5.1 percent compared to the same period last year.

“The value of construction works delivered in the first quarter decreased by 12.6 percent compared to last year’s fourth quarter,” Monstat stated in a press release. 

In this period, the number of effective hours spent on construction sites increased by 0.7 percent year on year. 

Compared with the Q4 2025, the number of effective hours spent on construction sites decreased by 5.9 percent in this year’s first quarter.
