Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro reached €2,200 per square metre last year.

The Statistical Office stated in a press release that the average price in new residential buildings was €2,130 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €2,410 per square metre in the coastal, and €1,200 in the central, and €1,530 in the northern region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis of the concluded purchase contracts.
