Ljiljanic appointed as General Director of Monteput

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Former Executive Director of Monteput, Milan Ljiljanic, was today appointed General Director, while Goran Radulovic was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the state-owned enterprise.
The company stated in a press release that the Board of Directors held its inaugural meeting today, officially marking the beginning of the new management’s four-year term.
In addition to Ljiljanic and Radulovic, the new Board of Directors includes Goran Vujovic, Dajana Bratic, and Nikola Bozovic.
Monteput is among the first state-owned enterprises to appoint its management in accordance with the new Law on Business Organizations, under which the Board of Directors will comprise five members, including two executive directors and three non-executive directors.
