Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – One has once again received the prestigious Best Employer Tailored to Children and Families award, presented by the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) according to UNICEF criteria.

 

“This recognition comes at a particularly important moment for the company, in the year when One celebrates its major jubilee – 30 years of operations in Montenegro,” the company stated in a press release.

 

When One became the first Montenegrin company to receive this award in 2023, new standards were set in the labour market.

 

“Winning this title again this year clearly confirms that supporting the families of employees at One was not just a temporary initiative, but a lasting commitment and a cornerstone of our corporate culture,” the press release reads.

 

Executive Director of One, Branko Mitrovic said that the true success of a company is not measured only by technological innovation and business results, but above all by the satisfaction of the people who create those results.

 

“Being a pioneer and winning this award in 2023 was a great honour. However, confirming that recognition today, in the year of our major jubilee, makes us very proud. Over the years, technologies and trends have changed, but our core value has remained the same – our people.,” said Mitrovic.
