Podgorica, (MINA) - The Socialist People’s Party (SNP) will nominate Zoran Jojic for the position of Minister of Sports and Youth, it was decided at a session of the party’s Main Board on Tuesday.

The SNP announced that the Main Board unanimously decided the party’s seat in the executive branch would go to the Berane committee, stating that this is a confirmation of confidence in the work of that branch so far.

“On the proposal of the Berane party committee, the Main Board nominated Zoran Jojic, former Director General of the Sports Directorate in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, to this position”, the press release stated.

According to the SNP, the new party’s leadership was also elected at the session.

The press release states that Zoran Terzic, Sladjana Kaludjerovic, Milosava Paunovic, Mitar Barac and Krsto Radjenovic were elected vice presidents.

“The Main Board also appointed Dragan Vukic as the party’s general secretary, while Bogdan Bozovic was elected party director”, the press release said.
