Podgorica, (MINA) - The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Podgorica has filed an indictment against former judge Rada Kovacevic on suspicion that she gave false statements in criminal proceedings against Milos Medenica and other defendants.

The Podgorica ODT stated that there is a well-founded suspicion that Kovacevic committed two criminal offences of giving false statements.

“As a witness in the criminal proceedings against M.M. and others, she gave false statements before the Special State Prosecutor’s Office and the Podgorica High Court”, the press release reads.
