Podgorica, (MINA) - The Podgorica High Court has confirmed an indictment filed by the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) against S.P., B.M. and N.K., suspected of forming a criminal organization and aggravated murder, the SDT announced.

The SDT said that S.P, B.M. and N.K. are charged with the criminal offense of forming a criminal organization, S.P. and B.M. are additionally charged, as co-perpetrators, with the criminal offense of aggravated murder, while N.K. is charged with aggravated murder by aiding and abetting.

“The indictment concerns the activities of a criminal organization whose members are the defendants and other unknown individuals, with clearly defined roles and tasks, established to commit the criminal offences of murder and aggravated murder, including the murder of D.Dj, a member of the rival criminal organization, at the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, on September 22, 2016”, the press release says.
