Podgorica, (MINA) - The indictment filed by the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office (ODT) in Niksic against businessman Aco Djukanovic, suspected of the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosive substances, has been returned for review, the Basic Court in Niksic announced.

The Court stated that the indictment was returned by the decision of the Basic Court in Niksic Judge Mirko Kojovic, in order to supplement the investigation.

The Basic Court in Niksic stated that the decision specified the evidentiary actions that the state prosecutor needs to carry out.

They said that the Niksic Prosecutor’s Office must complete the investigation within two months from the date of the return of the indictment, while the deadline can be extended at the prosecutor’s request.
