Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget has proposed that Parliament adopt amendments to the Law on Business Organizations and the Law on Registration of Business and Other Entities.

The amendments were submitted by a group of 46 MPs.

MP Vasilije Carapic of the Europe Now Movement stated on behalf of the sponsors that the proposed amendments were prepared in coordination with the Government. 

Explaining the amendments to the Law on Business Organizations, he said that recent reforms in company registration have led to the digitalization of the process.

“However, certain obstacles emerged in that process, which we are eliminating with these amendments,” Carapic added.

Amendments to the Law on Registration of Business and Other Entities pertain to the need for further alignment with EU regulations, in line with the pace of the negotiation process.
