Free technical support for digital transformation available to institutions

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Public institutions in Montenegro can receive free technical support to improve digital maturity, modernize work processes, and plan green transformation through the EDIH Concierge service of the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG).

“Although the PKCG is primarily focused on supporting the business sector, this type of service is also available to both public and local institutions,” the Chamber said in a press release.

According to the press release, this is a personalized service implemented within the framework of the MontEDIH project – the European Digital Innovation Hub of Montenegro – which enables institutions to assess their needs, identify key challenges, and select the most effective digital and innovative solutions to improve their operations.

“Through this service, users gain direct access to experts, advice on available technologies and tools, as well as guidance toward specific services from the MontEDIH portfolio that can contribute to more efficient operations, better resource management, and higher-quality services for citizens and businesses,” the press release reads.

The PKCG organized an EDIH Concierge event, bringing together representatives of public institutions interested in strengthening capacities in the fields of digital and green transition.

Through direct communication with members of the MontEDIH team at the Chamber of Commerce, participants had the opportunity to learn more about concrete steps toward modernization, available resources, expert support, and innovative technological solutions at their disposal.

The MontEDIH project is co-funded by the European Commission and the Government of Montenegro.
