Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) has invited small and medium-sized enterprises to apply for a free assessment of their digital maturity.
This service is provided within the MontEDIH project – the Montenegrin European Digital Innovation Hub.
“The goal of the service is to provide companies with a clear insight into the current level of digitalization of their business and to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of modern digital technologies,” the PKCG stated in a press release.
The assessment includes an analysis of several key aspects of business operations, including the level of digitalization of business processes, the level of employees’ digital skills, management’s readiness for digital transformation, and the potential for applying innovative technologies and business models.
Based on the assessment results, companies receive recommendations for the next steps in the digital transformation process, as well as the opportunity to use additional MontEDIH services.
