Free admission to all five national parks on Thursday

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The National Parks of Montenegro (NPCG) announced that admission to Montenegro’s national parks will be free on Thursday in celebration of the national holiday, Independence Day.
NPCG congratulated all citizens on the national holiday and invited nature lovers to visit the protected areas and enjoy spending time outdoors.
“On the occasion of this important date, marking the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro’s independence, admission on Thursday to Durmitor National Park, Biogradska Gora National Park, Lovćen National Park, Lake Skadar National Park, and Prokletije National Park will be free,” the press release reads.
NPCG reminded citizens of the benefits of an annual pass valid for all five national parks, which can be purchased at park ticket offices for €13.50.
“We would also like to highlight that, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the restoration of Montenegro’s independence, NPCG and Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka (CKB) are launching the promotional campaign “Visit Them All”.
