Podgorica, (MINA) - Four Montenegrin sailors were abroad the merchant ship “MSC Francesca”, which was stopped by the Iranian National Guard, said Minister of Maritime Affairs Filip Radulovic.
 
In a post on the X social network, Radulovic stated that it was confirmed by the ship that the Montenegrin sailors and the rest of the crew are in good health and safe.
 
“Negotiations between the shipping company and the Iranian side are underway, and the competent state authorities are in constant contact with the crew”, said Radulovic.
 
He expressed support for the sailors and their families.
