Budva, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Erste Bank has formally opened a new, modern branch in Budva, and presented a donation to the “Biseri” Day Care Centre for children and youth with developmental disabilities.
The bank announced that the new branch, designed in accordance with Erste Group standards and covering 259 square meters, offer clients all banking services, along with enhanced functionalities that enable more efficient handling of everyday financial tasks for both individuals and businesses.
“Clients have access to separate advisory areas, free Wi-Fi, and a 24/7 self-service zone equipped with a deposit-withdrawal ATM, a smart cash device for daily takings, and a day-night safe. The new branch is also accessible to people using wheelchairs,” the bank stated in a press release.
Director of Erste Bank’s Budva branch, Ana Milosevic, stated that the modern branch was designed to match the pace of a rapidly developing city that attracts clients from around the world.
“Our goal is to give each user more time for themselves and their plans. That is why digital channels and state-of-the-art equipment take over routine tasks, while our team focuses even more on advisory services and support,” Milosevic said, adding that Budva is a tourism metropolis with diverse needs, and that Erste Bank wants to be a reliable partner at every stage of its growth.
