EKIP: More broadband connections at the end of December

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – There were 210,330 broadband connections in Montenegro at the end of December, regardless of the access technology used, slightly more than in November.

 

Compared to corresponding period or 2024, the number of broadband connections increased by 1.91 percent in December. 

 

According to the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Service (EKIP), there were 111,970 fibre-optic (FTTH/B), 53,100 cable distribution (HFC/CDS), 28,460 VDSL, 14,550 ADSL, and 1,890 WiFi internet connections, while there were 342 other connections (satellite internet, MPLS, leased lines) in this period.
